The Friday Harbor Office, San Juan Island

Our Friday Harbor office, is located on San Juan Island at 235 Blair Street, next to Islanders' Bank. It is where all documents that need to be recorded are sent, as the Auditor’s office and courthouse are located on this island. If you need something to record, it is best to send it directly to this office, we can get our recorder the follow-up information necessary for her to check the documents and prepare them for recording.

Because, the San Juan Islands are a series of islands, the modes of travel between the islands is via boat, ferry or plane. Planes and ferries work on their own schedules and we must work around those schedules.

That is why we only send documents for recording once a day, first thing in the morning to the Friday Harbor office.

If your documents are sent to the Eastsound office, and they don’t arrive before 7:30 am, they will not, unfortunately, be able to go over for recording until the next day.

Remember to send your recording documents to the Friday Harbor office to save unnecessary delays.

The Main Office, Eastsound, Orcas Island

Our main office is in Eastsound, on Orcas island at 531 Fern Street, Suite 201, east of Islanders' Bank.

All of our paper records are located in this office. The title plant, our files, and back-up information are all stored in the Eastsound office.

When an order for title insurance is taken, it generates from this office.
