That is why San Juan Title Company is committed to producing a title report that is clear, concise and accurate, so that you know all the public record information available which affects the title to your property. We spend many hours making sure that the land records are updated and accurate, so the title commitment issued is timely and complete.

Escrow

Closing on a sale or loan is a part of the process to owning your home or business. Our escrow department is dedicated to making this process a positive experience in a sometimes overwhelmingly difficult process.

Once a Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed by all parties, our job begins. We get pay-offs on loans, prepare the documents necessary to transfer title, and work closely with the lenders to complete their loan package, so that you the buyer, (borrower) can be assured of perfected ownership and the lender can be secured of their lien position.

Listing Packets (for Licensed Realtors Only)

We offer this free service to the realtors to help them make sure their potential buyer knows about conditions and restrictions on the property they are considering for purchase. We also provide maps to help identify the location of the property in relation to landmarks on each island. Performing this service for the realtors enables them to make sure that the buyer is informed and helps lessen those “surprises” after the Purchase and Sale is signed.
